The information you enter (name, email address, phone number if provided, message) is used only to answer your request. It is sent by email to the hotel and kept for as long as needed to handle your request; the website’s sending log keeps it for one month at most.
The “Book” page loads the Open System booking tool (Alliance Réseaux), which receives your IP address as soon as the page opens. Dates, contact details and payment information are entered directly in this tool, which processes them to record and pay for your booking and then passes them to the hotel to manage your stay. The hotel’s website stores neither your booking details nor your bank card.
Booking data is kept by the hotel and by Open System for as long as needed to manage the stay, then in line with the applicable legal obligations, in particular accounting rules.
Like any web server, the site’s hosting provider (Infomaniak, Switzerland) records your IP address and the pages visited in technical logs, for the security and proper operation of the site. The site does not use any advertising cookies, and the fonts are hosted on the site.
This site measures its traffic using an internal tool, without cookies and without storing anything in your browser. For each page viewed, it records the page, the source of the visit (search engine, social network, website or campaign), the type of device, browser and connection, the city and operator inferred from the IP address at the time of the visit, the time spent on the page, scrolling, clicks on contact or booking links, and loading time. The IP address and exact browser are never retained, and no identifier makes it possible to recognize a visitor from one day to the next or from one site to another. These statistics are used solely to measure the site’s audience and improve it: they are neither cross-referenced with other personal data nor transmitted to a third party, and are retained for no more than 25 months. If your browser sends the «Do Not Track» or Global Privacy Control signal, this signal is respected.

The map on the “Access and contact” page is provided by Google. It is loaded only after you accept “external media” in the cookie banner; Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
The website stores your banner choices in a single technical cookie, “eucc_consent”, kept for 180 days. You can change them at any time with the “Privacy settings” link at the bottom of every page, or through your browser settings.
Your data is accessible to the hotel staff and to its technical providers: Infomaniak (website hosting, Switzerland), Open System / Alliance Réseaux (online booking) and, if you accept it, Google (map).
